Thanks for your business Charles! We aim to please. We will NEVER let a customer down.

 This is a great story.

Our installer made a boo boo and dropped a 1100 lb. concrete block on Lisa's seating while installing her 12 man shelter. Since we have a history of 13 years with never having an un-happy customer, we immediately drove several hundred miles and brought a brand new 12 man to her. Lisa and the boss ended up having a ton in common and made great friends because of the ordeal. Her brand new tank was installed. We even brought our kids to help the installers!
