Comparing our Deep Earth Bunker with our Condo!

A Deep Earth Bunker is a Fall Out Shelter with the basics. You can however add anything you want to it. Some options include; Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bio filters etc. They can be built up to 7,000 sq. ft. in size. They are then buried underground and encased with steel and concrete. These units are a lower cost version of our condos.

A Condo is a completely finished house underground. Like a house above ground they consist of drywall, hard wood floors, high end kitchen, bedrooms, laundry room, living room and hot tub. We can even build a billiards room, theater room or underground pool in these units. It is stick built by our custom home builder. Construction will include bio filtration units becoming a premiere high tech fall out shelter.
